TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY

Check in: from 3.30pm to 7.00pm
If you would like to check-in at different times, please let us know well in advance by contacting the facility directly so that we can satisfy your wishes. To ensure a better service, please let us know your approximate arrival time a few days before.
Check out: by 9.30am on the day of departure
Changes to the arrival or expected departure date will involve payment of the entire period of stay unless communicated in advance (14 days before).

PRICES INCLUDE:

– electricity, hot and cold water, independent heating, air conditioning
– high chair for children (on request) – VAT
– WiFi internet – weekly change of bed linen and towels – secure parking space in roofed garage
– use of attended bike/surfboard/kite storage
– panoramic swimming pool with sunbathing and barbecue area
– final cleaning

EXTRA COST

Pets: € 20.00 / day for cot (upon reservation): € 20.00 / day for extra bed linen: € 10.00 / change / person
Extra bathroom linen: € 8.00 / change / person extra cleaning: € 30 (single-room apartment – twin-room apartment), € 40 (three-room apartment) Laundry: € 5 per token
Private Panoramic sauna (6 seats) upon reservation 20€ / person
Tourist tax €1.00 per adult (over 12 years) per night until the tenth day of stay.

PETS

Small pets are allowed in the apartments (under 15 kg); having a pet requires obligatory payment of a daily supplement.
Pets are not allowed in common areas such as: sauna and indoor relaxation area, terrace and outdoor pool. In any case, when pets pass through common areas, they must always be on a lead.
It is forbidden to leave animals unattended in the apartments or on the balconies.

RECEPTION TIMES

Laura will be available at the reception desk every day at the following times: 8.30am to 11.00am and 3.30pm to 7.00pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the stay:
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free.
Cancellation of the stay from 13 to 8 days before arrival: the entire sum paid as a deposit (30% of the stay) will be retained.
Cancellation of the stay from 7 to 1 day before arrival: the full amount of the stay will be charged.

DEPOSIT

Guests must leave a deposit of € 100.00 per apartment upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the accommodation, furnishings and equipment.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Smoking is prohibited inside any of the Residence, including apartments.
It will be the responsibility of the guests to leave the apartments in order and clean upon departure: dishes washed, tidy kitchenette, garbage disposed of in the ecological area inside the garage.
Guests are kindly requested not to allow unregistered persons to stay over.
